Qubic Technologies · Building since 2009
We build the system
your business actually
runs on.
Websites, web applications, e-commerce and AI systems, designed around how your company already works, written to be maintained, and handed over with the source code in your name.
What we do
Four things, done properly
Every engagement falls into one of these. Most start in one and grow into another, which is why we build them to fit together rather than as separate products.
Automate & AI
Take the repetitive work out of the day: assistants, extraction, integrations and dashboards.
Build
Websites, applications and storefronts designed and written for one business. Yours.
Operate
The systems a business runs on: billing, bookings, stock and files.
Support & Grow
Keeping what you own fast, safe, findable and up to date.
AI Assistants & Support Chatbots
An assistant trained on your own documents that answers the questions your team keeps answering.
AI Document & Data Extraction
Turn invoices, delivery orders, forms and PDFs into structured records without anyone retyping them.
Business Website Design & Rebuild
A website that loads fast, reads well on a phone, and tells a visitor what you do inside ten seconds.
Custom Web Application Development
Software shaped around how your business already works, instead of changing how you work to suit the software.
E-Commerce & Online Payment
An online store built around your catalogue, your delivery rules and a checkout Malaysian buyers recognise.
Billing, Invoicing & Quotation Systems
Quotations, invoices, receipts and renewal reminders in one place, with the numbering handled for you.
How an engagement runs
Five stages, and you can stop after any of them
Conversation
A call or a meeting. What are you trying to fix, what have you tried, and what does success look like in numbers. No charge, no obligation.
Written scope and quotation
What is included, what is not, the schedule and the fixed price. If the honest answer is that you should buy something off the shelf instead, this is where we say so.
Build in stages
You see working screens early and often, not a finished system at the end. Awkward details surface while they are still cheap to change.
Testing with your own people
Your staff use it with real data before launch. Their objections are the useful ones, and there is time to act on them.
Handover and aftercare
Training, documentation, source code and accounts in your name. Then a maintenance plan if you want one, or nothing at all if you do not.
AI integration and setup
Put AI where it actually pays,
and nowhere else.
We set up and connect AI inside systems you already use, then we tell you plainly which jobs it should be doing. Where the work is repetitive, high in volume and checkable, it pays for itself quickly. Where it is not, we will say so rather than sell you a project.
- Assistants trained on your own documentsAnswers come from your product sheets and policies, not from whatever a general model believes. Anything uncertain goes to a person with the conversation attached.
- Document and invoice extractionFields pulled out, checked against rules you set, and flagged when the numbers do not agree. Only the exceptions reach a human.
- Connected to what you already runYour website, WhatsApp, accounting package or internal system. The setup, the keys, the guardrails and the logging are all part of the work.
- Costs and limits explained firstWhat it will cost per month, what it will get wrong, and how you will know. No surprises on the invoice or in the output.

Insights
Notes worth the ten minutes
Practical writing on speed, security, AI and the decisions that cost the most when they go wrong.
What actually makes a business website fast
Speed is decided by a handful of things, and hosting is rarely the main one. Here is what to check first.
Where AI genuinely saves an SME time, and where it does not
Some tasks are a natural fit. Others quietly create more checking work than they remove. The difference is predictable.
Before you rebuild: an audit checklist for an ageing website
Half an hour with this list will tell you whether you need a rebuild, a refresh, or just a maintenance plan.
Next step
Tell us what is not working
Describe the problem in a paragraph and we will tell you whether it is a website job, a systems job, or something you should not spend money on yet. We reply within one working day.
